This workshop will highlight the importance of understanding and controlling ingredient and labor costs to achieve optimal operating levels. We will provide you the basic tools to manage these critical costs to industry standards. Strategies to control these costs will include POS and bookkeeping integrity, benchmarking, inventory management, cost/price analysis, scheduling and labor costing, and employee benefit management.
