In this class, you will understand different financial analysis methods, and how to analyze your profit and loss report, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows report from a business owner’s and from a banker’s perspective. Use these reports to identify areas where you can increase your profits and business performance. Topics include industry ratios, budget variances, trends, and more. 

Participants should have completed Bookkeeping Terms & Processes (Basic Bookkeeping 1) or be familiar with the concepts covered in that workshop. With 10 years of experience as a senior business consultant, Sandra Garsele works with clients to manage general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Sandra specializes in invoicing, budget management and cash flow.

About the Speaker

Sandra Garsele holds a MBA in Finance from the Columbia Southern University and is one of the Managing Consultants at Hilliard Management Group Inc. She has over 20years of experience as a business consultant working with clients to manage general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes. She has worked with various Small Business Development Centers in San Francisco Bay Area and New York for 15 years training small business owners in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks processes through workshops and individual counseling.
