This webinar is an introduction to strategy. It explains what it
is, define what it means to have a strategic mindset, why it is
important for personnal and professional success, and how
to be strategic to grow your business.

About the speaker:
Delphine is a Customer Experience and Product leader with 15+ years of management consulting and cross-industry expertise leading complex projects, building practices and capabilities, and growing high-performing teams, both in the US and internationally. Delphine is passionate about designing executable strategies and improving operational performance to deliver best-in-class experience to customers. She co-founded CX&P Consulting so she could share her Customer and Product expertise with her clients through applicable recommendations that deliver tangible business outcomes.  She believes that success requires more than a one-time consulting project, that improvement should happen fast but is also continuous, and relies on teams being fully equipped to own their strategy while being empowered to operate independently.
