In this class, you will understand different financial analysis methods, and how to analyze your profit and loss report, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows report from a business owner’s and from a banker’s perspective. Use these reports to identify areas where you can increase your profits and business performance. Topics include industry ratios, budget variances, trends, and more.
 
Participants should have completed Bookkeeping Terms & Processes (Basic Bookkeeping 1) or be familiar with the concepts covered in that workshop.
 
With 10 years of experience as a senior business consultant, Sandra Garsele works with clients to manage general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Sandra specializes in invoicing, budget management and cash flow.
