From deciding how to structure your business, to hiring your first employee or selecting a business name, this workshop will teach you the basics to start, grow, and protect your company. Topics include a general overview of business entities (LLCs, S-Corps, cooperative corporations), employment law, contracts, commercial leases, and intellectual property basics (copyrights, trademarks, patents).
