Hospitality Marketing: Leveraging Technology to Increase Customer Engagement

Tuesday, September 10, 2019 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Make the customer experience the focus of your restaurant, bar, hotel or other customer service business. Aside from the usual fast transactional approaches of customer service, learn the ideas and importance of creating both a short and long term customer experience. Companies will learn to go beyond selling services and products by learning to sell their brand and values by connecting with customers. Learn about technologies that amplify customer engagement such as email marketing, event marketing, surveys, and other interactive technologies. Get your customers to keep coming back by learning to provide the most optimal customer experience. Understand how to engage with your customers in person and maintain that engagement after. Attendees will learn about customer experience management, going the extra mile, and maintaining customer engagement.
