About Me:

Jossiel is a bi-lingual experienced professional with a history of working with small businesses, program management, and government. He has led initiatives and managed funding to aid in economic development while increasing the visibility of government programs.

With an initial beginning in politics, Jossiel transitioned to the Department of Commerce where he managed the Kiva Philadelphia program and a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for small businesses under the Office of Neighborhood Economic Development. He is committed to ensuring individuals have the necessary resources to generate wealth within their communities.

Jossiel earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
