About Me:

Lawrence Liu began his service with San Francisco SBDC as a business advisor in 2010. In view of the language barrier, he realized that many Chinese business owners were not able to take advantage of the excellent services provided by the SBDC. He first focused on promoting the SBDC services through pro-active outreach, developing a series of small business classes delivered in Chinese, and organizing a weekly Legal Clinic program which offered pro-bono legal counseling to Chinese-speaking business entrepreneurs.

Lawrence is the lead counselor of the Legacy Business Program in San Francisco SBDC. He provides guidance and assistance to business owners on the applications for Legacy Business Registry as well as the related grants.

Lawrence earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, BC, Canada. He is bilingual in English and Chinese, both Cantonese and Mandarin.
