He is also a partner with WVP, a leading Internet Business Advisory Firm, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build world-class companies that are leaders in their industry. The firm brings strategic guidance, operational experience, and a proven track record of building successful companies with its partners. The firm works very closely with a select number of early-stage and expansion-stage firms, accelerating their growth into market leaders.

Victor was the Director, Business Development for QSpace (a provider of online credit reports), acquired by Experian (stock symbol: EXPGY).  Victor created and oversaw the QSpace Affiliate Programs and managed its growth from $0 to approximately 30% of the company’s $45M annual revenues. Partnered with 60,000+ companies to drive traffic and revenues to the company’s sites. Produced the highly acclaimed monthly e-newsletter for the 60,000+ affiliate partners. Led the largest & No.1 ranked Financial Affiliate Program on the web while successfully integrated three merged companies’ affiliate programs with geographically challenged locations, time zones, and cultures.

Victor graduated from SFSU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration concentrating in Entrepreneurship, Finance and International Business. He has completed certification programs for Mobile Internet and Online Marketing at U.C. Berkeley and has completed the certification program for Mergers & Acquisitions Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
